  1. Unboxing Video Requirement
    To initiate a refund claim, the customer must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that starts before the package is opened and shows the entire unpacking process. This video must:

    • Clearly display the shipping label on the package (with name and address visible).

    • Show the product(s) inside the package immediately upon opening.

    • Highlight the issue (e.g., damaged, missing, or incorrect item).

    • Be unedited and recorded in one take.

  2. Time Limit for Claims
    Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, along with the unboxing video and a written explanation of the issue.

  3. Invalid Claims
    Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The unboxing video is not provided.

    • The video is edited or recorded after the package has been opened.

    • The claim is submitted after the 3-day window.

    • The product issue is due to customer misuse or mishandling.

    • Disliking the product.

    • Change of mind after purchase.

    • Any personal preferences or expectations not met.

  4. Approval Process
    Once the video and explanation are submitted, our team will review the materials. If the claim is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

  5. Return Requests
    In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before processing the refund. Return shipping instructions will be provided if needed.

  6. Final Decision
    The company reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not comply with these terms. All refund decisions made by the company are final.
